Their early check-in is really gamechanging. The room was clean and the front desk process was very quick. All room features like A/C, fridge, stove, wifi, etc, works perfectly fine. The bathroom is fine too plus the hot/cold shower works well. The location is very spot on, you're able to access major spots on cebu at the sole of your shoes. Sugbo mercado is literally on your front. The pool is decent. My overall stay is good.

The AC is really loud and makes me sick. The wifi was not working when we arrived and we had to pay for a fiber subscription. Other than that it's a clean room in a great location.

It is a very convenient place to stay because it is just right across the Sugbo Mercado area and walking distance to the Cebu IT Park Bus Terminal and Ayala Central Bloc Mall.

Stayed here through work for 2 weeks, it's perfectly located in the business park and you have everything within walking distance

Many bars are nearby this condominium. They play loud music at night. I can't get well sleeping every night.

Host responded quickly to requests. Nice view from window. Close to shopping mall and food stores. Accessible to laundry services, drinking water replenishment services, and barber shop and 7-11 store at ground floor. Studio room is good enough for single occupancy on short term basis. Worn couch needs to be replaced though.

Excellent Location. We’re right on IT Park which we had visited a few times before. No more Grab now, walk out of the building and we have it all right there. Even a Supermarket at the mall and the Sugbo Market with tons of options to eat not to mention ambiance. The only drawback in my opinion, there’s really no Gym on the premises. They have an outdoor gym but … we’ll, not the same.
